This class is designed for students ages 13+ that will focus on building strength and stretching. Students will participate in exercises that specifically target certain muscle groups to help improve their power, flexibility, core, stability and more.

This class is designed for intermediate/advanced dancers. Leaps & Turns will focus on technique and exercises to help develop and improve new and familiar skills.

Adult Conditioning
This class is for anyone ages 18 and up. Adult Conditioning will focus on exercises that combine, yoga, barre and meditation. Light weights are used in each class and you will need your own yoga mat. No other equipment is required.

This class is designed for students ages 3-4. Ready, Set, Dance is a program specifically designed for pre-schoolers that will introduce them to ballet, tap and hip hop.

This class is designed for students ages 7-9. This level 1 class will give students the opportunity to learn and develop the fundamentals of three genres of dance in one class. Each class will have 30 minutes of each genre of dance.

This class is designed for students ages 7-9 that want to learn the fundamentals of hip hop and have fun dancing to age appropriate up beat music. Hip Hop 1 will work on the proper execution of steps, isolations, progressions, foot work, performance and more.
