Pre-Ballet 4-5
Our Pre-Ballet program is specially designed for young dancers ages 4 to 5, introducing them to the magical world of ballet through creativity, music, and movement.
In a nurturing and playful environment, children will:
• Develop coordination, balance, and musicality
• Learn basic ballet steps and positions
• Explore creative expression through guided movement
• Build confidence, discipline, and social interaction
Classes focus on fun, imagination, and foundation-building, preparing little dancers for more structured ballet training in future levels.

In these classes, students will:
• Learn classical ballet positions and terminology
• Develop posture, coordination, and musical awareness
• Practice basic barre and center work
• Improve strength, flexibility, and body alignment
• Begin to understand class structure and discipline
This level bridges creative movement and formal ballet training, providing young dancers with the skills and confidence to progress in the Vaganova ballet method.
Ideal for both beginners and those continuing from Pre-Ballet.

• Develop advanced musicality, dynamics, and movement quality
• Prepare for or continue pointe work (based on individual readiness)
• Build confidence and expression through performance-based training
This level supports students working toward pre-professional goals, participation in exams, and stage productions. Training follows the Vaganova method, known for its elegance, strength, and expressiveness.
