Level 1 Ballet
This class covers the foundational elements of ballet, including basic movements and principles, taught by Ashley and assisted by Mo. Students will learn ballet technique, etiquette, body alignment, isolations, musicality, and more - all while participating in skill-building games. This class is suitable for students ages 6 to 8 years old. All skill levels welcome, from beginner to more experienced. For students with prior experience, new skills will be introduced. Ballet shoes are required. This class is 1 hour in length. Students enrolled in this class will participate in a session-end showcase, held during regularly scheduled class on Monday, December 7, 2026 - during the final class for this session. Adult Jazz
This class covers the basic movements, principles and various styles of jazz, taught by Spencer. Students will focus on technique, precision, musicality, and personal expression. Each class includes a brief warm-up, foundation skills and choreography. All classes are suitable for adults ages 18 and older, and appropriate for all skill levels. Jazz shoes or jazz sneakers are required. Registration is required. This class is 1 hour in length. Students enrolled in this class will participate in a session-end showcase, held during regularly scheduled class on Monday, December 7, 2026 - during the final class for this session. Discover the beauty and discipline of ballet in a welcoming, supportive environment designed for adult dancers of all levels. This class focuses on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and precise technique through traditional barre and center work. Whether you’re new to ballet or returning after time away, you’ll develop graceful movement, improved posture, and enhanced muscle endurance. For students who are interested and ready, the instructor will provide guided, supervised opportunities to explore pointe work safely and gradually. Join us to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and express yourself through the timeless art of ballet. If applicable as the session progresses, details around pointe will be discussed in class before purchasing.

Adult Tap
This class covers basic tap rhythms and movements, taught by Val. Class focuses accelerated movement as the session progresses, allowing both beginner and more experienced tap dancers to progress. Students will learn a variety of tap styles, focusing most on Rhythmic and Broadway. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankle, coordination, and speed of movement. This class is suitable for students ages 18 and older. Tap shoes are required. All skill levels welcome. This class is 1 hour in length. Pre-k Ballet and Tap
This class is a fun introduction to dance with a focus in ballet and tap, taught by Kristin and Mo. Students will learn basic ballet and tap movements in addition to various social skills, including the importance of following directions and the value of participating in a group. Students will explore dance while using props and through freedom of expression, as well as receive an introduction to elements of musicality, like tempo. This class is suitable for students ages 3 to 5 years old. Tap and Ballet shoes are required. This class is 45 minutes in length.

**Students must be ready to function away from their caregiver, and be ready to focus in class, listen, wait their turn, and stay on their spot, among other skills**

Levels 2 & 3 Jazz Funk (Hip-hop & Jazz)
Jazz Funk covers the foundational elements of jazz and hip-hop, taught by Val and assisted by Kristin. This blended style of dance focuses on isolated movements, coordination, musicality, and personal expression - as well as accelerated movement as the session progresses, allowing beginner and more experienced dancers to progress. Jazz Funk is not an offshoot of either the jazz or funk musical genres. It came into being when dancers merged movements from the world of hip-hop with elements of jazz and other dance styles. All music and movement is age appropriate. This class is suited for students ages 9 to 17 years old - and open to all skill levels, including absolute beginner, immediate, or advanced. Jazz shoes or jazz sneakers strongly preferred, or clean street sneakers required. This class is 1 hour in length. Students enrolled in this class will participate in a session-end showcase, held during regularly scheduled class on Thursday, December 10, 2026 - during the final class for this session. Pre-k Acro Dance
Pre-K Acro Dance is a fun, energetic introduction to acro dance for young movers, ages 3–5, taught by Mo and Kristin. Blending ballet, creative movement, and beginner acrobatic skills, students will build strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, body awareness, and confidence in a safe, encouraging environment. Classes include age-appropriate acro fundamentals such as rolls, bridges, balances, jumps, and introductory locomotor movements while incorporating elements of ballet, music, creativity, and imaginative play. In addition to physical skills, students will develop important classroom habits including listening, following directions, taking turns, staying in their personal space, and participating as part of a group. This class is perfect for children who love to move, twirl, tumble, and express themselves through dance. Students must be barefoot for safety.

Participants must be comfortable separating from their caregiver for the duration of class and be ready to engage independently throughout class. This class is 45 minutes in length.

Students enrolled in this class will participate in a session-end showcase held during their regularly scheduled class on Friday, December 11, 2026, during the final class of the session. Please see the studio handbook for additional class details.

Adult Sculpt Lab
Our 2026 Fall/Winter Sculpt Lab class runs from Wednesday, Sept 24 to Wednesday, December 10. As part of our fall/winter session, there will be no class Mon. Oct 19 - Sat. Oct. 24 for fall break, or Mon. Nov. 23 to Sat. Nob. 28 for Thanksgiving break.

Sculpt Lab is a fitness class and whole-body workout derived from HIIT (high-intensity interval training) and other movement specialties to help build endurance; core, arm & leg strength; and much more. Exercises will focus on conditioning, cardio, muscle toning, flexibility, and high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Strenuous meets stretch - and sweat will meet fun. This class is great cross-training for dancers and non-dancers alike.

This class is suitable for adults ages 18 and older, and appropriate for all skill levels. Drop-ins are always welcome, no advance registration required. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing (ideally nothing too baggy) and clean sneakers. Please bring a water bottle and hand towel. This class is 45 minutes. This class is $15 for locals ($20 for visitors), or discounts available with a punch pass purchase. This class does not perform in the session-end showcase.

Adult Line Dancing
Our 2026 Fall/Winter Sculpt Lab class runs from Wednesday, Sept 24 to Wednesday, December 10. As part of our fall/winter session, there will be no class Mon. Oct 19 - Sat. Oct. 24 for fall break, or Mon. Nov. 23 to Sat. Nob. 28 for Thanksgiving break.

Join us weekly for guided line dance lessons. Wear your finest boots & brim and/or athletic attire & sneakers - whatever is most comfortable and ready to boot, scoot and boogie! Students must be ages 18 and older to participate. This class is appropriate for all skill levels - including beginner, intermediate and advanced dancers. Drop-ins are always welcome, no advance registration required. Please wear clean sneakers or boots to class - in addition to comfortable clothing. Class is 1 hour in length. This class costs $15 for locals ($20 for visitors), discounts available with a punch pass. Punch passes are valid for one person only (i.e. cannot be transferred between multiple people). This class does not perform in the session-end showcase.
