This class covers the foundational elements of ballet, including basic movements and principles. Students will learn ballet technique, etiquette, body alignment, isolations, musicality, and more - all while participating in skill-building games. This class is suitable for students ages 6 to 8 years old. All skill levels welcome, from beginner to more experienced. For students with prior experience, new skills will be introduced. Adult Jazz
This class covers the basic movements and principles of jazz - set to music primarily from Broadway shows and movies. Students will focus on technique, precision, musicality, and personal expression. Each class includes a brief warm-up, foundation skills and choreography. All classes are suitable for adults ages 18 and older, and appropriate for all skill levels. Jazz shoes or jazz sneakers are required. Registration is required. This class is 1 hour. This class is 1 hour in length. All students enrolled in this class will participate in the session-end recital on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Levels 2 & 3 Jazz Funk (Hip-hop & Jazz)
Jazz Funk covers the foundational elements of jazz and hip-hop. This blended style of dance focuses on isolated movements, coordination, musicality, and personal expression - as well as accelerated movement as the session progresses, allowing beginner and more experienced dancers to progress. Jazz Funk is not an offshoot of either the jazz or funk musical genres. It came into being when dancers merged movements from the world of hip-hop with elements of jazz and other dance styles. All music and movement is age appropriate. This class is suited for students ages 9 to 17 years old - and open to all skill levels, including absolute beginner, immediate, or advanced. Jazz shoes or jazz sneakers strongly preferred, or clean street sneakers required. This class is 1 hour in length. All students enrolled in this class will participate in the session-end recital on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Adult Tap
This class covers basic tap rhythms and movements, as well as accelerated movement as the session progresses - allowing both beginner and more experienced tap dancers to progress. Students will learn a variety of tap styles, focusing most on Rhythmic and Broadway. Exercises focus on building flexibility of the knee and ankle, coordination, and speed of movement. This class is suitable for students ages 18 and older. Tap shoes are required. All skill levels welcome. This class is 1 hour in length. All students enrolled in this class will participate in the session-end recital on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Discover the beauty and discipline of ballet in a welcoming, supportive environment designed for adult dancers of all levels. This class, taught in ballet slippers, focuses on building core strength, flexibility, balance, and precise technique through traditional barre and center work. Whether you’re new to ballet or returning after time away, you’ll develop graceful movement, improved posture, and enhanced muscle endurance. For students who are interested and ready, the instructor will provide guided, supervised opportunities to explore pointe work safely and gradually. Join us to challenge your body, sharpen your mind, and express yourself through the timeless art of ballet. Ballet slippers are required. If applicable as the session progresses, details around pointe shoes will be discussed in class before purchasing.

Pre-k Ballet and Tap
This class is a fun introduction to dance with a focus in ballet and tap. Students will learn basic ballet and tap movements in addition to various social skills, including the importance of following directions and the value of participating in a group. Students will explore dance while using props and through freedom of expression, as well as receive an introduction to elements of musicality, like tempo. This class is suitable for students ages 3 to 5 years old. Tap and Ballet shoes are required. This class is 45 minutes in length. **Students must be ready to function away from their caregiver, and be ready to focus in class, listen, wait their turn, and stay on their spot, among other skills. All students enrolled in this class will participate in the session-end recital on Saturday, May 16, 2026.

Adult ZUMBA®
This class takes the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why ZUMBA® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.

This class is taught by a certified ZUMBA® instructor. Students must be ages 18 and older to participate. This class is appropriate for all skill levels - from beginner to advanced. Drop-ins are always welcome, no advance registration required. Please wear clean sneakers to class. This class is non-performance based. This class costs $10, discounts available with a punch pass. Punch passes are valid for one adult only (i.e. cannot be transferred between multiple people).

Adult Sculpt Lab
Dance Fitness is a whole-body workout derived from classical ballet, HIIT (high-intensity interval training), and other movement specialties to help build endurance; core, arm & leg strength; and so much more. Exercises will focus on conditioning, cardio, muscle toning, flexibility, and high reps of small range-of-motion movements. Strenuous meets stretch - and sweat will meet fun. You'll move, tone, strengthen and sweat. Did we mention sweat? A great class for dancers and non-dancers alike - those looking for a great workout.

This class is suitable for adults ages 18 and older, and appropriate for all skill levels. Drop-ins are always welcome, no advance registration required. Please wear comfortable athletic clothing (ideally nothing too baggy) and clean sneakers, socks, ballet shoes or barefoot. Please bring a water bottle and hand towel. This class is 1 hour. This class is $10, or discounts available with a punch pass purchase. Punch passes are valid for one adult only (i.e. cannot be transferred between multiple people).
