Barre is a Pilates based, ballet inspired workout that uses low impact movements to tone, sculpt, and strengthen your muscles! You get a good sweat too! This class will be for adults of all fitness levels! Beginner? No problem! All the moves will have variations for different fitness levels. Experienced and looking for a burn? Don't worry, we got something for you too!

Young Advanced Hip Hop - Ages 8 (Almost 9) - 12 years old. Geared toward our more advanced dancers looking to develop their hip hop vocabulary and skill level. Still great for beginner dancers of this age level. This class will also focus on building strength for better tolerance to more advanced tricks they will experience in the next level. Class will perform in Winter and June recitals.
