This class introduces dancers to the fundamentals of acro in a safe and supportive environment. Dancers will work on basic strength, flexibility, and beginner-level skills such as forward rolls, bridges, handstands, and cartwheels.
We’ll focus on proper technique and body awareness while building confidence through fun, skill-based progressions.
