Pointe/Pre Pointe class focuses on safe and effective pointe training. Students must be enrolled in Ballet Two concurrently.
The class includes both dancers preparing for pointe—starting with pre-pointe training and progressing through physical and written assessments- and dancers continuing en pointe.
All students wishing to dance en pointe at must complete a formal evaluation and receive instructor approval to ensure readiness and safety.
Emphasis is placed on building strength, alignment, and technique to support a healthy, confident transition to and advancement in pointe work.
