Music Theatre Dance 6 week session
A 6 week session, 9/21, 9/28, 10/5, 10/19, 10/26, 11/2. In this combination dance, acting, singing class, students learn strong dance technique in fundamentals for the stage as well as choreography derived from various Broadway styles. Teachers lead students through a center warm up including stretches, isolations, and core strengthening. This is followed by across the floor technique and choreography. We will learn Music Theater dance combos, then put them together with a singing component (Teacher Hannah will teach singing technique, harmonies, belting, etc), We will have performance opportunities to present our Dancing/ Singing/ Acting throughout the year!

We'll explore the emotional storytelling of lyrical—a fusion of ballet, jazz, and modern with expressive motions that tell a story, along with the technique, strength and graceful beauty of ballet. Students will learn how each style applies to and complements the other, creating an exciting and well-rounded dance experience and how to express emotion through movement! Inside/clean sneakers are required to maximize movement and prevent slipping.

Move With Me- a Child and Caretaker Class
Designed for Caretakers to participate in movement and music with children ages 12 months to 3 years old. We will move to the music with help from caretakers, learning how to follow instructions, strengthen coordination skills, developing awareness of rhythm, language development, social awareness/cues, and have lots of creative fun moving to the music together!
