Ballet Intensive 2026
Ballet Intensive 2026. Levels 3-4.5
Ballet Intensive (Levels 3–4.5)
Designed as an introduction to the ballet intensive experience, this program offers young dancers the opportunity to deepen their training in a supportive, structured, and inspiring environment. Dancers will build confidence, discipline, and artistry while expanding their understanding of classical ballet technique through focused daily training. Must be at level 3-4 ballet - 3-4 years of formal training
The intensive includes Ballet Technique, Strength & Mobility, and Variations classes tailored to developing dancers. Students will work on coordination, posture, alignment, flexibility, musicality, vocabulary retention, and performance quality while learning age-appropriate classical-inspired choreography and repertoire excerpts.
Special emphasis is placed on healthy movement habits, foundational strength, classroom etiquette, rehearsal skills, and developing the focus and stamina needed for longer-format training days. Dancers will be encouraged to explore artistry and expression while continuing to refine technical fundamentals in a positive conservatory-inspired setting.
This intensive is ideal for dancers preparing to transition into more rigorous upper-level training and serves as an excellent first immersive ballet experience.
