Petite Allegro Acro 1
Our Beginner Acro Program (Levels 1–3) is designed for students who are building a strong foundation in acrobatic movement, flexibility, strength, and coordination. Each level introduces progressive skills in a safe and supportive environment that encourages focus, fun, and technical growth.
Level 1 introduces the basics of acro technique with core strength holds (planks, V-sits), beginner tumbling (rock and rolls, pre-cartwheels), and foundational flexibility (butterfly, cobra, and straddles). Students also begin learning bridge work and balance poses like retiré and demi pointe.
Level 2 builds on that base with longer strength holds, dynamic movements like gallops and continuous rolls, and limbering progressions including walk-down bridges and pre-handstands. Flexibility deepens with pre-splits and pre-toes-to-head positions, while new balances like scorpion and teddy bear stands are introduced.
Level 3 focuses on strength, control, and combining movements. Students master deeper bridges, kickovers with a stack, straight handstands, backward rolls, and more refined balances like headstands and scorpion variations. Flexibility and strength are challenged through longer holds and more advanced movement transitions.
