Creative Movement (Pre-ballet)
Our Creative Movement class is our pre-primary Ballet program. It is a wonderful foundation for any style of dance as there is a large focus on musicality, creativity and coordination. The dancers will begin learning ballet steps and terminology in a fun and nurturing way. Our Creative Movement Dancers love the use of props, the weekly themes and the variety of fun music that we use in this dance class.

Ballet is a wonderful blend of athleticism and artistry. The benefits of Ballet are numerous! Ballet training develops a child's self-discipline, musicality, coordination and self-expression. We train dancers according to American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum, a program for the development of young students that embraces sound ballet principles and incorporates elements of the French, Italian and Russian schools of training.
This Ballet Class is designed for students who have a minimum of 4 years of Ballet Training and are over the age of 11. This class is a one hour Ballet Lesson with an additional 15 minutes of Pointe work. Students who are on Pointe will do 15 minutes of Pointe training and students who are not on Pointe yet will complete their pre-pointe training and conditioning during this 15 minutes, in order to prepare them for pointe work. This class is invite-only by the Studio Director, as there is a high level of technique required to join for this intensive Ballet class.

2025 SUMMER CAMPS
Intensive Dance Camp
Get ready to break a sweat! Our Intensive Dance Camp is designed for dancers aged 6-13 who are at an intermediate to advanced level and are ready to challenge themselves! We highly encourage our Performance Team Students to attend this camp. Students will attend classes in the following styles:
-Ballet
-Jazz
-Hip Hop
-Musical Theatre
-Lyrical
-Contemporary
Dancers will also take part in fun and informative workshops like "Stretch & Strength" and "Meditation techniques for busy kids". Our goal is that dancers will leave this workshop with stronger technique and feeling pumped and inspired for the upcoming Season. Our intensive Dance Camp participants will take part in a minimum of 4 dance classes per day so please keep in mind that this is a very high-energy Camp, designed for kids who are excited to move all day long!
Throughout the Intensive Dance Camp, teachers will be on the lookout for hardworking and fierce dancers to join our 2025/2026 Performance Team. If your child would like to audition for the Team next season, then this Camp will be a wonderful chance to learn more about the program and the commitment it entails.

This show features Nancy and her friends who are performing in their very first musical, “Deep Sea Dances.” Nancy is positive – that’s “fancy” for 100% sure – that she will be picked to be a mermaid but her best friend Bree gets the role she wanted and Nancy is stuck playing a dreary, dull tree. Can Nancy bring her own fancy flair to the role, even though it isn’t the one she wanted?
This camp is ideal for dancers aged 5-9 years of age, who love to dance, sing and act. Mark your calendar for the exciting performance for family on Friday, August 15th from 3:30-4pm.

Get ready to strike a pose in our Pop Stars & Boy Bands Dance Camp! Join us for a week of glitter, glamour, and dance moves inspired by pop stars like Taylor Swift, Sabrina Carpenter, Ariana and Beyonce. Groove to iconic Boy Band music from One Direction, BTS and even the Backstreet Boys!
Campers will enjoy two high energy classes per day (Hip Hop, Jazz, Acro, Break-dancing, and Singing). In addition to dancing and singing, these budding superstars will create fun crafts, design their own Lego structures and enjoy daily outside time at nearby Withrow Park.
