Acro 2 is a class geared toward students who have the beginner acro skills and are ready to take their tumbling and flexibility to the next level. In this class we will start to focus on the more advanced skills such as, walkovers, aerial progressions, back/front handspring progressions. Pushing out flexibility further with over stretches and strengthening drills to improve our needles and heel stretch tilts. Moving on to more advanced stunts and partner work.
