Handstand Workshop Day 1 - Breathe Into Balance hosted by Mary Butaye
Breathe Into Balance

A handstand workshop rooted in the nervous system, the breath, and the body's innate intelligence.

What if the key to your handstand wasn't more strength, but more ease? In this two-day workshop, we explore the handstand as a practice of presence. Through breath, alignment, and nervous system awareness, you'll discover how the shoulders, pelvis, and breath work together to create length, lightness, and relaxation upside down.

All levels are welcome. Whether you're a total beginner or refining an advanced practice, this workshop meets you where you are.

Hosted by Mary Butaye:

Mary graduated from the École Supérieure des Arts du Cirque in Brussels in 2018, then spent years creating and touring original shows with her company Hopscotch, blending handstands with hula hoop juggling. After becoming a mom, she moved back home to Colorado, bringing her background as a somatic coach and breathwork facilitator to everything she teaches. Her approach treats balance as a doorway into creativity, intuition, and mind-body connection.
