Practice tuck jumps and resistance band kicks for power.

Use strong arm motions for lift.

1. Flexibility
Stretch daily (straddle, pike, butterfly) to improve leg extension.

2. Strength & Power
Strengthen legs (squats, lunges), core (planks, sit-ups), and ankles (toe raises).
Practice tuck jumps and resistance band kicks for power.

3. Technique
Use strong arm motions for lift.
Keep legs straight, toes pointed, and core engaged.
Land softly with bent knees to absorb impact.

4. Repetition

Toddler Dance and Toddler Tumble (ages 18 months - 3 years) are recreational movement based programs designed to promote the development of the whole child socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through play in a safe, structured multi-sensory environment.

One parent/guardian is welcome to stay and help guide your child in all toddler classes. $15 per class, billed in a term block.

Jumps Class
To improve jumps in cheerleading, focus on these key areas:

1. Flexibility
Stretch daily (straddle, pike, butterfly) to improve leg extension.

2. Strength & Power
Strengthen legs (squats, lunges), core (planks, sit-ups), and ankles (toe raises).
Practice tuck jumps and resistance band kicks for power.

3. Technique
Use strong arm motions for lift.
Keep legs straight, toes pointed, and core engaged.
Land softly with bent knees to absorb impact.

4. Repetition
Practice jumps 3+ times a week.

Toddler Tumble
Toddler Dance and Toddler Tumble (ages 18 months - 3 years) are recreational movement based programs designed to promote the development of the whole child socially, emotionally, cognitively and physically through play in a safe, structured multi-sensory environment.

One parent/guardian is welcome to stay and help guide your child in all toddler classes. $15 per class, billed in a term block.
$65 annual MCPD registration fee.
