Pop-Up : Pointe
This will be a “pointe boot camp”. Intended for any rising 7th grade and older that is interested in taking pointe for the 2025-2026 dance season, even if they have taken pointe before. Pointe shoes not required but strongly encouraged so they can have a head start breaking in their pointe shoes, and getting their feet used to pointe work. Pointe shoes should be bought in person from a dance store, NOT ONLINE, as there are many factors to ensure proper fitting pointe shoes. Please send dancers with bottled water and a snack labeled with their name.

Yogilates & Strength/Conditioning
These classes will alternate throughout the summer, with (4) yogilates and (4) strength/conditioning classes for a total of (8) classes lasting 2 hours each. Yogilates will meet 6/11/25, 7/9/25, 7/23/25 and 8/6/25. Strength/Conditioning will meet 6/25/25, 7/16/25, 7/30/25 and 8/13/25. These classes are open to anyone over the age of 10. Participant does NOT have to be a current or former dancer. Yogilates combines yoga's mindfulness and flexibility with Pilates' core-strengthening techniques, offering a holistic workout that improves strength, flexibility, posture, and body awareness. A strength and conditioning class aims to improve overall physical performance by building strength, power, endurance, and agility through a variety of exercises, including weight training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning drills.
