Adult Ballet 2 (5+ years experience) / Ballet Adulte 2
Adult Ballet 2 is designed for dancers with a minimum of 5 years of prior ballet experience who are ready to work at a more technically demanding and structured level.
This class builds on strong foundational training and focuses on refining technique, control, and artistry. Dancers will work on more complex barre and centre exercises, including extended adage, longer and more intricate adagio sequences, and faster allegro work with increased coordination and precision.
Students in Adult Ballet 2 are expected to have a solid understanding of classical vocabulary and alignment principles. The class places emphasis on clean execution, musicality, stamina, and the ability to pick up and retain more advanced combinations with confidence.
Alongside technical development, dancers are encouraged to deepen their artistry, performance quality, and expressive movement, creating a more polished and professional approach to classical ballet training
