FIT FEBRUARY
Fit February is a fun and engaging fitness class designed to help kids stay active while learning healthy habits that last a lifetime! Through age-appropriate movement, strength, and coordination activities, students will build confidence, improve fitness, and work toward personal goals in a positive and supportive environment. This class focuses on teaching kids how to take care of their bodies, stay active, and enjoy movement-all while having fun with friends!
