*NOTE: this is a 6 week class session running 5/23 to 6/30/26 and we must meet our minimum enrollment requirement of 6 students in order to run. **

This beginner level class is for adults with NO (or very little) previous ballet training. Students will be introduced to basic ballet vocabulary, they will learn the foundational elements of a ballet class and they will build strength and flexibility. There are no refunds for missed classes and there are no make up class options for missed classes.This class does not allow drop in's.

This intermediate to advanced level class is for adults with previous tap experience, who have a thorough understanding of tap vocabulary and can execute tap skills with competency. Class will begin with a center warm up designed to get the feet and ankles ready to explore and create rhythms. Students will then continue to develop their skills by combining them into progressions across the floor as they engage in fun, challenging center combinations.

This intermediate level adult class combines classic jazz techniques with contemporary styles to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. Previous dance experience is required. Previous jazz or musical theater dance experience is beneficial.

Creating with Dance

Designed for students entering 4th or 5th grade who will be ages 9–10 by December 31, 2026, this creative class explores the connection between dance and storytelling. Dancers will develop foundational ballet technique, engage in improvisation, and learn how the core elements of dance—time, space, and energy—can be used to communicate ideas, emotions, and narratives.

Throughout the course, students will create original movement-based stories while exploring the relationship between dance, language, and visual symbols. Each dancer will develop a storyboard to help plan and express their creative ideas, culminating in a unique blend of movement and storytelling.

Class Dates: Thursdays, July 9, 16, 23, 30, and August 6

Designed for students entering 2nd or 3rd grade who will be ages 6–8 by December 1, 2026, this engaging class builds on foundational ballet technique and vocabulary while fostering rhythm, musicality, and creative expression in a fun and supportive environment.

Through body percussion, tap dance, ballet, improvisation, and movement exploration, students will develop rhythmic awareness, coordination, and self-expression. Picture books will serve as inspiration for storytelling activities, encouraging dancers to connect movement with imagination and creativity.

Tap shoes are not required. A limited number of tap shoes are available to borrow for dancers who do not own a pair.

Because we know many dancers have summer vacations and other commitments, tuition will be charged based on four weeks of instruction, even though the summer season runs for five weeks. Fee for this class for the summer season is $60.00.
