Holistic Ballet Thursday
Celia Perarnaud
In this class, Celia will hold space as we tend to our human-selves and our dancer-selves, by diving into The Eternal Spiral.

The Eternal Spiral is a holistic system which fosters deep embodiment, connection and movement re-patterning. The method layers anatomical awareness, somatic practice and spiritual perspectives with a unique map of ballet-inspired energy-flow through the physical and auric body. This provides a scaffolding around which the body can organize itself as it exists in, moves, and dances through space.

Each class will begin with the introduction of one of the meditations, visualization or core concepts of The Eternal Spiral. These ideas will then be layered onto, and woven into, our practice of ballet. Dancers are encouraged to bring a journal to class so that they can take notes and continue to reflect on and integrate new ideas in between classes.

This class is a wonderful addition to the study of ballet technique at any age, level, or ability!
