Conditioning and Barre (For Ballet 2-4)
15 spots left
Targeted physical training designed to improve a dancer’s strength, flexibility, core stability, and endurance.
Helps with:
Injury Prevention: Strengthens underused stabilizing muscles and joints to help the body handle the repetitive physical stress of dance.
Technique Refinement: Isolated drills build muscle memory, allowing for deeper pliés, sharper turns, and higher extensions with less visible effort.
Beyond Dance Class: Because dance class alone often cannot target every muscle group, conditioning tones and sculpts the body to enhance overall performance quality.
This class is recommended for all dancers in Ballet 2-4.
