All Ages and Levels Welcome! We will have multiple coaches and divide students into groups. Students will warm up, practice and learn skills, flows, choreography, sequences, conditioning, safety techniques, partnering and MORE on the Aerial Silks, Trapeze, Lyra, as well as new apparatus.
