If you’ve ever wanted to just move without the pressure of perfect steps, this is your space.
This isn't a slow, quiet practice—it’s a dynamic, upbeat celebration of movement! A Somatic Dance Class bridges the gap between deep mind-body exploration and the pure joy of continuous motion.
While "somatic" means of the body, here it means we are letting go of the mirrors and choreography to focus entirely on how good it feels to move from the inside out. We ride the wave of an energizing rhythm, using faster tempos to shake off stress, build heat, and wake up our innate vitality.
What the Experience Looks Like:
