Intermediate Ballet challenges the student with three or more years technique training in the areas of barre, floor combinations, strength, and choreography. Demi-pointe exercises emphasized and students around age 12 are tested for pointe readiness as appropriate. Knowledge of ballet fundamentals is required. Ballet IV - Advanced (9-18 yrs)
Students in Ballet IV typically have extensive prior ballet experience and are ready for a more challenging and rigorous class. Only advanced ballet dancers with three or more years of training, are familiar with ballet terminology, and who have the instructor's permission are eligible to take Ballet IV. The class focuses on refining and expanding a dancer's technique, musicality, and artistry. It builds upon foundational knowledge, introducing more complex movements, combinations, and advanced concepts like adagio, petit allegro, and grand allegro. Upper level ballet students are encouraged to take two classes per week.

Ballet II is for the student with some previous dance training. Students learn ballet terminology, positions, steps, combinations, stretching and dancing to classical music. Students gain an understanding of balance, grace and freedom of movement through proper body alignment and placement.

Beginning Acrobatics (ages 3-7)
Ever been so happy you wanted to do backflip? Learn the basics here! Acrobatics is tumbling and much more! Our students are taught skills and movement on a professional mat along with balance beam work and other equipment skills. Our students learn the importance of agility, concentration, coordination, and strength in order to use their muscles properly to perform acrobatic skills. This is for beginners ages 3-7 with little or no experience.

Get ready to jump, turn, and perform with energy and precision! This fun, fast-paced class blends acrobatic tricks with sharp, synchronized dance team-style movement. Students will focus on timing, teamwork, and showmanship while learning group formations and high-impact choreography. While it’s inspired by cheer and dance squad techniques, this is not a poms class—no pom-poms or chants—just strong, dynamic routines! This is a mixed age group 6-16 with roles for bases, flyers, spotters, tumblers and dancers.
