Sunshine Pageant '25
Pageant will be October 11th at 2:00 pm at the Yoakum County Senior Center.
Contestants will participate in "Contestant's Choice" first, this section of the pageant can be a trendy outfit, costume, or anything of your choosing. Contestants will have the chance to show off their personality or some skills to upbeat music.
We will then move into the "Evening Wear" portion, contestant's may wear a pageant dress or suit, or a church/party dress or polished attire for boys. Contestant's will again walk the stage while facts are read off about them from the attached form.
Entry of $80 covers pageant entry fee, pageant practice day (optional, encouraged but not required to participate), goody bag, 1 ticket for seating, and "thank you" photos. All proceeds go to Charlea Kaye Rose Tuition Fund, thank you for your support!!
We have an optional "Photogenic" Category. This is $10 for your first entry and additional $5 each for 2nd and 3rd entry. You may enter a total of up to 3 photos. Please let us know if you would like to participate and we will add it to your fees.
We have begun a "Talent" category. This is optional and crowned separately. These will be $10 and a recording for directors to preview talent and approve, an additional $15 will be charged if talent is accepted for a total possible add on of $25. Please let us know if you would like to participate and we will add Pre-screen to your fees and get you more info on submitting.
Pageant practice day will more than likely be Saturday, September 7th at 2:00 pm at Sparrow Dance Company.
Please fill out and turn in pageant paperwork on or by our pageant practice date!
Additional tickets are $5 at the door or a link will be published soon to pre-purchase. 3 & under is free!
