Mini and Me
Join our energetic and educational “Mini and Me ” class designed for children and their caregivers. This class focuses on building balance, coordination, and basic movement skills through fun props and upbeat music. We introduce young dancers to structure and simple ballet movements, helping them gain confidence in a group setting before they take the leap into independent dance classes.
Class Attire:
Shoes: Students will need black mary jane tap shoes and pink leather ballet shoes
Clothing: Students should wear what make them comfortable. Leotard and tights are always encouraged but not required.

Get ready to flip, roll, and balance! This high-energy class introduces students to the fundamentals of AcroDance—a fusion of classic dance technique and athletic acrobatics. Students will build strength, flexibility, and confidence in a safe, supportive environment. Focus areas: Basic tumbling (forward/backward rolls), cartwheels, handstands, bridges, and strength training. No experience needed!
Students will need to wear form fitting clothes and their hair must be pulled back. Students will have bare feet in class. If wearing tights please make sure they are convertible, footless or stirrup
Due to the nature of the class and the use of equipment please note that parents will not always be able to watch class due to space

This class bridges the gap between fundamental shapes and more advanced acrobatic skills, focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and control in a dance context. This level is designed for students who have mastered basic skills like somersaults and cartwheels and are ready to work toward bridge kickovers, walkovers, and inversions
Students will need to wear form fitting clothes (no t-shirts or baggy shorts...leotards are required for safety and modesty) and their hair must be pulled back. Students will have bare feet in class. If wearing tights please make sure they are convertible, footless or stirrup

This beginner-level class introduces dancers to the foundational techniques of both jazz and lyrical dance, focusing on musicality, body alignment, and emotional expression. Students will explore the high-energy, rhythmic movements of jazz alongside the fluid, expressive, and graceful styling of lyrical. The class aims to build confidence, flexibility, and strength through a structured warm-up, across-the-floor exercises, and engaging choreography.
Class Attire:
Students should wear comfortable clothes, while dance clothes are prefered they are not required. Student can wear jazz shoes, ballet shoes or bare feet for the class.

The first half focuses on ballet technique—emphasizing posture, alignment, turn-out, and grace—to build a strong foundation. The second half transitions into jazz technique, incorporating isolations, rhythm, and sharp movements. Dancers will improve their flexibility, strength, and versatility, exploring both the lyrical lines of ballet and the athletic energy of jazz.
** This class is highly suggested for students who are interested in our competitive dance team and those who are already a part of the competitive dance team.
For a ballet/jazz dance class, wear form-fitting attire such as a leotard, tights, leggings, or jazz pants that allow for full range of motion. Essential shoes include pink ballet slippers for ballet and tan or black slip-on jazz shoes for jazz. Hair should be secured back off the face and neck
