The Ballet Arkansas multi-week Summer Intensive offers an unparalleled training experience for students ages 10–21, providing the opportunity to develop their skills across multiple disciplines under the guidance of a distinguished faculty. Led by Ballet Arkansas's Artistic Staff, company dancers, and renowned guest professionals, the program delivers expert instruction in ballet, pointe/men's technique, variations, contemporary, Pilates/yoga, choreography and improvisation, repertory, and audition preparation. Additional workshops include topics like conditioning, nutrition, stage makeup, acting, and dance history. With multiple levels and small class sizes, students receive personalized attention and encouragement to elevate their technique and artistry. The intensive concludes with a showcase performance on Friday, August 1, where participants can share their progress with family and friends.

This class is designed for adults who have been taking the BEG or BEG/INT adult ballet class and feel ready for new challenges and for adults who have had prior dance training. Advanced combinations will be provided for dancers who have extensive dance backgrounds.
