Dr. Natsuko's Smooth Hip Motion: No Pop, Snap and Crackle Allowed!
Monday March 25, 5:30-6:30pm
This is a dancer-focused workshop designed to help you move more smoothly, confidently, and efficiently.
In this workshop, you will learn:
Why hips pop or snap during dance movements
How muscle timing and control affect hip motion
Simple strategies to reduce popping and unnecessary tension
How to prevent overuse injuries
Practical exercises you can use in class and at home
This workshop is appropriate for dancers of various levels and is especially helpful if you experience hip popping, snapping, or fatigue when performing repetitive movements.
Registration is due 24 hours in advance. The registration deposit ($35) is due at registration. All dancers will be required to submit the following form prior to the class, unless the student has attended one of Dr. Natsuko's 2026 masterclasses at Ballet Arkansas (https://forms.gle/DEDG1D6bgpSs3ETh7).
