Expect a fun, high-energy circuit led by Dr. Natsuko tailored specifically for dancers. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and ready for the season ahead!

This class is designed for adults who have been taking the BEG or BEG/INT adult ballet class and feel ready for new challenges and for adults who have had prior dance training. Advanced combinations will be provided for dancers who have extensive dance backgrounds.

Audition for Ballet Arkansas's Magic of the Nutcracker (Ages 11-18) on October 5, 2025. Registration closes on October 5th at 11:45am.
