Ballet/Jazz Ages 6 & up
This one-hour combo class combines the elegance and technique of ballet along with the energetic style and rhythm of jazz. Dancers will work on ballet fundamentals, posture, and grace, then learn upbeat jazz routines, focusing on kicks, turns and leaps.
Five minute warm up, 30 minutes of ballet skills, 25 minutes of Jazz. When starting to learn the recital dance, five minute warm up, 20 minutes ballet skills, 15 minutes of jazz, and 20 minutes recital piece.
