Dancers will generally need to be in Intro to Tap for at least 1 year before moving to Beginning Tap.

Our Acro 1 is the perfect introduction for young dancers looking to enter the world of acro for dance. Designed for ages 4–7, this beginner-friendly class focuses on building strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a supportive learning environment.

Dancers will work on foundational acro skills including bridges, cartwheels, handstands, basic tumbling progressions, and strength and conditioning exercises.

No prior acro experience is required.

In jazz, dancers will learn fundamental steps and terminology, continue developing strength and flexibility, and build a strong sense of timing and rhythm.

Through drills, progressions, and across-the-floor exercises, dancers will build a strong technical foundation and gain the confidence needed to progress into Beginning Leaps & Turns.

Students will explore elements of popping, locking, and breaking, as well as freestyle, giving them the opportunity to develop their own unique style and creativity.

Dancers will explore styles such as popping, locking, breaking, and freestyle while improving coordination, musicality, confidence, and performance quality. Jazz dance uses almost every genre of music, from classic swing and Broadway jazz to current popular music. This is an energetic, dynamic form of dance.

Dancers must have already mastered the techniques taught in the previous advanced class to join.

Required skills: bridge (pushing up onto hands and feet from the floor) and a cartwheel.

Dancers will focus on strengthening technique, flexibility, control, and confidence while working on skills such as handstand progressions, limbers, walkovers, balance work, and intermediate tumbling fundamentals, along with targeted strength and conditioning exercises.

Required skills: bridge (pushing up onto hands and feet from the floor), cartwheel, front walkover, and back walkover.

Dancers will work on advanced flexibility, strength, balance, and technical precision while progressing through skills such as aerial preparation, handspring progressions, advanced limbers, connected acro passes, and higher-level tumbling fundamentals. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, safe skill development, and seamless integration of acro into dance movement.

Required skills: bridge (pushing up onto hands and feet from the floor), cartwheel, front walkover on the floor with no assistance, and back walkover on the floor with no assistance.

Dancers will work on advanced flexibility, strength, balance, and technical precision while progressing through skills such as aerials, aerial variations, handspring progressions, walkover variations, connected acro passes, and higher-level tumbling fundamentals. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, safe skill development, and seamless integration of acro into dance movement.
