Dancers will continue to learn safe warm-up and stretching techniques when preparing for their tricks. Dancers will also continue their knowledge of their previous tricks learned in beginner acro as well as build on those tricks by learning other elements such as: split somersaults, cartwheels, 1-handed cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, elbow stands, chest stands, headstands, and possibly back/front walkovers.

Junior/Intermediate Acro
Our Junior/Intermediate Acro will be a continuation from our Beginner Acro class and a continuation in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus. Dancers will continue to learn safe warm-up and stretching techniques when preparing for their tricks. Dancers will also continue their knowledge of their previous tricks learned in beginner acro as well as build on those tricks by learning other elements such as: split somersaults, cartwheels, 1-handed cartwheels, round-offs, handstands, elbow stands, chest stands, headstands, and possibly back/front walkovers.
