These structured classes develop students' physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression and musicality using a range of movements and musical styles. The syllabi prepare students for a successful transition to ballet and other dance genres at higher levels. Pre-Primary/ Primary ballet and is recommended for students ages 6. Class meets once a week for 1 hour and is billed monthly. Only choose 1 class out of the 2 that are available.

Ballet Grade 3
Ballet Grade 3 follows the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus and is designed to further develop students’ technical skills, musicality, coordination, and artistic expression. This level introduces more complex movement sequences and vocabulary, laying a strong foundation for success in higher graded levels and eventual progression into vocational training. Students will deepen their understanding of ballet positions, port de bras, allegro, and pirouettes, while continuing to work on posture, alignment, and expressive performance. This level also incorporates Free Movement and Character Dance, both essential elements of the RAD graded syllabus.
Class Requirements: Entry into Grade 3 requires successful completion of Grade 2 or a teacher recommendation following a trial class. Annual assessment will be conducted to ensure students are at the appropriate technical level for this grade. Ballet Grade 3 is an important step in a dancer’s journey, providing the structure and discipline necessary for future success in both graded and vocational RAD levels. You must take both classes Monday and Wednesday in order to participate in the end of the year show. This is a 60 minute class that meets twice a week and is billed monthly on the 1st.

Jr. Ballet Intensive – Ballet RAD Grades 1–5
Join us for an exciting and enriching ballet experience designed for young dancers in RAD Grades 1–5. This intensive will include ballet history, variation practice, yoga, and injury prevention workshops led by both local and professional teachers.
