Suitable games, music, and props will motivate self-discovery. In a simulated environment, your child can benefit both physically and emotionally by interacting with other students. The dress code is very relaxed. Dance attire or comfortable exercising clothing are both welcome. Non-skid socks or bare feet are recommended for the little ones. Socks are okay for participating adults. Adults may be required to help with lifts and light spotting at the teacher's discretion.

Acrobatics for ages 6-18 will focus mainly on acrobatic technique, with some dance techniques incorporated. Students should have a basic understanding of acro/tumble skills, including cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, handstands, backbends, and round-offs. Throughout the year, students will learn more complex tricks such as handstand rolls, front and back limbers, front and rear walkovers, dive rolls, and back extension rolls. Prep for Backhand Springs and no-handed tumbling will start as the student advances their skills and will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Jazz warm-up focuses on isolations, coordination, flexibility, strength, and musicality. Jazz progressions across the floor follow this. The class concludes with a jazz combination in which students learn jazz choreography further to prepare them for an entire-length jazz routine.
Lyrical: Lyrical dance is a style that incorporates classic jazz and ballet technique. This genre focuses on expressing strong emotion and is designed to extend the dancer’s creativity.
