Our In Motion Ballet class has been created to suit aging bodies and focusing on improving poise, core strength, memory and mobility.
Our In Motion Ballet for Seniors class is aimed to introduce you to the fabulous world of Ballet, while improving your balance, co-ordination and strength. Our focus in this class is to meet you at your level and slowly build up your balance and strength, while enjoying a wonderful variety of classical music.

45 minute class
Dance Fitness classes are specifically created to improve your fitness, tone and co-ordination. Incorporating movements from Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop techniques these classes provide you with an opportunity to Dance your way to your fitness goals. Classes are structured so you can work at your own ability level and push yourself as hard as you want in order to achieve the level of fitness you aim for.

Join us each week as we plie, tendu and releve our way through our Ballet class. Develop great posture and learn the grace and technique of Ballet at your pace. Adult Ballet classes are suitable for those who have had little or no experience with Ballet or would like to get back into it after many years break. Exercises are taught with an option to make them more challenging for those with more experience.
