In Pre Pointe you will be learning ballet technique working on strengthening ankles and calfs, learning proper articulation of the feet, how to balance and proper placement of the feet and body in preparation for getting pointe shoes. You will also learn injury prevention techniques.

In Pointe you will be taking your ballet training to the next level by continuing to learn ballet technique on your pointe shoes. In this class you will learn how to properly articulate your feet in pointe shoes, how to find your balance, how to find proper muscle control, and transfer all of your ballet training from ballet shoes to pointe shoes. The INT/ADV Ballet class right before will be required for the Pointe Class. This is to ensure you are properly warmed up for the Pointe Class. You also must already be on pointe.
