This expressive and empowering class blends the grace of ballet with the emotion of lyrical dance. Dancers build strong technique, alignment, and fluidity while learning to tell stories through movement. Perfect for students seeking to develop control, flexibility, and performance artistry in a supportive and inspiring environment. Leotard, tights, and ballet flats are required.

Tumbling (Beginning and Intermediate Combo)
Perfect for movers ready to flip, roll, and grow! This high-energy class builds strength, flexibility, and coordination through foundational tumbling skills like cartwheels, round-offs, backbends, walkovers, and more. Dancers progress at their own pace with a focus on technique, safety, and confidence in every skill. Comfortable clothing appropriate for class and physical activity (no jeans, no too small or too large clothing that might be ill fitting when tumbling, no jewelry) and bare feet for class.

Acro and Tumbling (Must test into)
This dynamic, skill-focused class is designed for dancers ready to push their strength, balance, and agility to the next level. Students will train in advanced tumbling, flexibility, and partner acro skills, combining athleticism with artistry. Placement is required to ensure dancers are ready for the physical demands and technical precision of the class. Comfortable clothing appropriate for class and physical activity (no jeans, no too small or too large clothing that might be ill fitting when tumbling, no jewelry), and bare feet for class.

Itsy Bitsy - Tap/Jazz Combo
In partnership with Omaha Jitterbugs, Itsy Bitsy: Early Childhood program. Half Tap and half Jazz technique. Students develop confidence and coordination, and are introduced to the pioneers of Jazz and Tap dance. Students need comfortable clothing, jazz dance shoes, and tap shoes.

Comfortable dance attire required - leotards, tights, shorts, leggings, or t-shirts. Ballet or jazz flats or tennis shoes required.

Dancers may wear dance attire and ballet or jazz shoes; however, any comfortable clothing and tennis shoes are acceptable.
