Tumbling I (ages 6 - up)
Our introductory tumbling class focuses on developing fundamental skills and safe practices. Children will master basic positions like pike, tuck, and straddle and progress to forward/back rolls, handstands, and cartwheels - foundations for more complex skills. We emphasize correct body alignment, flexibility, and strength while creating a fun and supportive learning environment. Students will gain confidence, improve listening skills, and learn essential gym safety rules.

Its Bitsy - Tap and Jazz Combo (ages 5-10)
In partnership with Omaha Jitterbugs, Itsy Bitsy: Early Childhood program. Every Monday, young Jitterbugs can learn about the music and movements of the Swing Era. It is an introductory jazz and tap class. Students improve coordination and increase confidence while having fun! For class, students need comfortable clothing, tap shoes, and jazz or tennis shoes.

Students will learn tumbling and acro skills, improve flexibility, and develop strong muscles.
Acro and Tumbling class combines tumbling, dance, technique, athleticism, agility, and strength through games, activities, and progressions. It is based on safe and effective progressions that have proven flexibility, balance, and tumbling results. This is an intermediate-level class. Must test into or pass Tumbling I.
Students will learn tumbling and acro skills, improve flexibility, and develop strong muscles.

In Ballet II, dancers will refine their ballet technique, focusing on turnout and correct body alignment in fundamental positions. We will continue to develop coordination and body awareness while fostering teamwork, confidence, creativity, and class etiquette. To build strength and flexibility, students will begin simple conditioning exercises.
For class, students need ballet flats, a leotard, and tights.
Students must have taken pre-ballet or creative movement and at least one year of beginning ballet.

Littles - Creative Movement/Creative Drama - (age 2 1/2 to 5)
The Littles class is an introduction to dance class and incorporates school-readiness skills. Our youngest dancers engage in fun and energetic classes that incorporate dance, creative drama, art, and tumbling. Students cultivate imagination, creativity, and social development in a caring environment. Students will grow and develop as they learn the fundamental vocabulary and skills associated with dance and tumbling. Dancers focus on building control over motor skills, teamwork, reading, and phonics.
For class, Littles will need comfortable clothing, ballet, jazz, or tennis shoes. Dancers are welcome to wear leotards, tights, and other fitness or dance attire.
Parents are asked to observe from outside the class space. Please let the instructor know if your little one has separation anxiety or other needs that we can accommodate.
