Acrobatic Arts Level One/Two Acrobatic Dance (Mon 4:45pm)
Miss Danielle
Our Level 1/2 Acrobatic Arts class is designed for beginners and early-level acro students who are ready to build a strong technical foundation in a safe, supportive environment. Suitable for those progressing from Acro Tots or starting their journey in the Acrobatic Arts syllabus, this class focuses on the key elements that underpin all future acro development.
Students will work on skills such as bridges, pre-cartwheels, bunny hops, balances, pike stretches, and shape transitions. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body alignment, and control, ensuring each dancer learns safe progressions that prepare them for more advanced movement in later levels.
Unlike gymnastics, the Acrobatic Arts programme introduces new skills only when the dancer has mastered the one before, encouraging safe and consistent progress. Dancers learn that mastering each stage takes time, focus, and repetition – and that solid foundations are the key to long-term success.
Level 1/2 is a great stepping stone for young dancers, helping them grow in confidence, strength, and flexibility while fostering a love for acro and movement.

Acrobatic Arts Level Three/Four Acrobatic Dance (Wed 4:00pm)
Miss Kayla
Our Level 3/4 Acrobatic Arts class is ideal for dancers who have a solid foundation in beginner acro and are ready to move into more technically challenging work. At this stage, students begin to refine strength, flexibility, and control while learning more complex skills through the structured and progressive Acrobatic Arts syllabus.
Dancers will work on movements such as bridge recoveries, backward rolls, stronger pre-cartwheel technique, straddle work, chest stands, and foundational strength exercises. Each skill is taught with a focus on correct alignment, safe progression, and body awareness.
The Acrobatic Arts programme prioritises clean technique and connected progressions – unlike gymnastics, it avoids skipping ahead, ensuring every dancer builds confidence and control through each step of their training.
Mastering the skills at this level takes patience, focus, and consistent practice. Students are encouraged to develop not only their acrobatic ability, but also their commitment to safe, high-quality movement.
Additional dance training is beneficial at this stage to support coordination, flexibility, and artistry, which all enhance acro performance.
Level 3/4 is an exciting phase for developing dancers – laying the groundwork for more dynamic movement while continuing to grow in strength and skill.

Miss Jenna
Our Level 2/3 Acrobatic Arts class is perfect for dancers who have begun building their acro foundations and are ready to develop their technique further through structured and progressive training.
At this level, students will work on skills such as bridge work, backward rolls, shoulder stands, balances, and foundational flexibility and strength exercises. The focus is on developing safe, controlled movement and refining basic techniques to prepare for more challenging skills in later levels.

This class builds confidence and provides the essential groundwork for future acrobatic skills. Additional dance training is encouraged to support overall coordination, flexibility, and movement quality.

Acrobatic Arts Level Five/Six Acrobatic Dance (Mon 7:00pm)
Miss Jess
Our Level 5/6 Acrobatic Arts class is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers who have built a strong foundation in earlier levels and are now ready to take on more challenging acro skills with increased precision and control.
At this stage, students begin to develop more dynamic and powerful movements, including front and back walkovers, aerial preparation, more advanced balances and partner work, along with deeper flexibility and strength training. This level also begins to introduce preparation work for aerials and walkovers, setting dancers up for success in the more advanced stages of the syllabus.
The Acrobatic Arts method differs from gymnastics in that it prioritises clean, consistent technique and carefully connected progressions. Each new skill is only introduced when the dancer is physically prepared, allowing for a smooth and safe journey into higher-level acro.
Time, patience, and focused repetition are key at this level, and additional dance training is encouraged to support coordination, artistry, and strength.
Level 4/5 is ideal for dancers who are developing confidence in their acro technique and are ready to build towards more advanced skills with purpose, discipline, and creativity.

Acrobatic Arts Level Six/Seven Acrobatic Dance (Tue 6:15pm)
Miss Nina
Our Level 6/7 Acrobatic Arts class is designed for committed dancers who have progressed through the earlier levels with solid technique, consistency, and control. At this stage, acrobats begin refining more advanced movements and preparing for dynamic skills such as aerials, front and back handsprings, and advanced variations of walkovers and balances.
Students will continue to build strength, flexibility, and alignment while mastering complex transitions and connecting multiple skills with flow and confidence. Level 6/7 demands increased focus and dedication, as each progression requires not just physical ability but also technical precision and control.
The Acrobatic Arts syllabus differs from gymnastics in its methodical approach – each new skill is introduced only once the dancer has mastered the previous one. This emphasis on connected, clean technique ensures a smooth and safe transition into higher-level acro, laying the groundwork for long-term success.
Additional dance training is strongly encouraged at this level to support overall body conditioning, musicality, and performance quality, all of which are essential to executing advanced acro skills with confidence and control.
This is a focused and rewarding class for advanced dancers looking to push their training to the next level within a structured and supportive environment.

Miss Nina
Our Level 7/8+ Acrobatic Arts class is tailored for advanced acrobats who have safely and confidently progressed through the earlier levels of the syllabus. At this stage, dancers are working on highly technical skills such as aerials, back handsprings, back tucks, and advanced balances, with a strong focus on clean execution, control, and artistry.

Acrobatic Arts Level Two/Three Acrobatic Dance (Thurs 4:00pm)
Miss Kayla
Our Level 2/3 Acrobatic Arts class is perfect for dancers who have begun building their acro foundations and are ready to develop their technique further through structured and progressive training.
At this level, students will work on skills such as bridge work, backward rolls, shoulder stands, balances, and foundational flexibility and strength exercises. The focus is on developing safe, controlled movement and refining basic techniques to prepare for more challenging skills in later levels.
The Acrobatic Arts syllabus is different from gymnastics in its focus on clean technique, consistent progressions, and safe skill development. Dancers move through the levels step-by-step, only progressing once they have mastered each requirement – promoting long-term success and reducing the risk of injury.
Students in Level 2/3 learn that progression takes time, focus, and repetition. They are encouraged to work with care and precision, developing strong body awareness and control.
This class builds confidence and provides the essential groundwork for future acrobatic skills. Additional dance training is encouraged to support overall coordination, flexibility, and movement quality.

Technique continues to be the priority, with every skill taught through safe, connected progressions to ensure long-term development and injury prevention.
The Acrobatic Arts syllabus differs from gymnastics in its emphasis on clean, dance-based technique and carefully layered progressions. Dancers must demonstrate full control and understanding of each movement before progressing to the next, allowing for a smooth and confident transition into higher-level acro.
Consistency, focus, and commitment are key at this level, and additional dance training is strongly encouraged to support overall strength, flexibility, coordination, and performance quality.
Level 5/6 is ideal for dancers looking to refine their skills, build towards aerial work, and prepare for the demands of advanced acrobatics with confidence and strong technique.
