Restoring Balance Through Movement
Join us for a transformative movement experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself and restore balance between your body, mind, and soul.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and guided reflection, participants will journey through seven stages of balance inspired by the body's energy centers:

This immersive workshop invites you to move with intention, release tension, increase body awareness, and strengthen the connection between your body, mind, and soul in a welcoming and supportive environment.
No dance experience is required. This experience is open to all movement levels and abilities. Come exactly as you are—with comfortable clothing, an open heart, and a willingness to explore movement in a new way.

Yoga mat or large towel
Water bottle
Journal and pen (optional)
Comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely
Socks or bare feet (dance shoes are not required)
