Where movement begins. We plant the seed.
Afredanz Sproutz program is designed for our youngest dancers to explore movement in a fun, nurturing, and structured environment. This class focuses on building motor skills, dance etiquette, social-emotional learning, and basic dance vocabulary through creative play, music, and age-appropriate dance fundamentals.
Just like a seed, each child begins their dance journey with curiosity and growth. Sproutz is where confidence, coordination, and a love for dance begin to bloom.
Ages 3 - 6

Afredanz Rootz is designed for dancers who are ready to deepen their foundation and build confidence through structured training. This class focuses on foundational technique, vocabulary, etiquette, and basic dance vernacular, strengthening the essential roots that support future growth.
Afredanz Rootz reinforces discipline, structure, and cultural foundation—creating a natural progression from Sproutz, while preparing dancers for more advanced training and performance-level work.
