Class starts at the ballet barre, moves center and across the floor. Emphasis is placed on proper technique and alignment to build a strong foundation in dance.

This class is perfect for dancers looking to build a strong foundation in acro while improving flexibility, strength, and coordination. Students will learn fundamental acro skills all while incorporating graceful dance elements. This class emphasizes proper technique and injury prevention, helping young dancers gain confidence in their movement. No prior acro or gymnastics experience is required—just a willingness to learn and have fun!
