No one is too inexperienced to give Irish Dance a try! Come learn some basics, break a sweat, and meet some new mates! Dance shoes or clean/dry tennis shoes are acceptable.

Pre-registration is required but no commitment necessary. This is a drop-in class ($15/class).

Conditioning & Flexibility
This class will focus on building strength in the core, back, ankles, and hip flexors, while also improving flexibility in the hamstrings and back. this is a great opportunity to improve technique, prevent injury and build confidence on stage! Dancers will need two yoga blocks and a loop band for class. Recommended attire includes tight leggings and a form-fitting top.

Tiffanie is a dance educator with 25 years of experience, dancing since the age of 2 through college and into adulthood. She has taught at various studios as well as private lessons, helping dancers build strong technical foundations and confidence. As a mom of four children who all have participated in competitive dance, she understands the demands on the body in competitive dance sports. Tiffanie specializes in technique, proper alignment, strength, and flexibility.
