Our Counselors-In-Training Program is a unique dance and cheer leadership experience designed for students ages 10–14 who aspire to become exceptional leaders, role models, and future instructors in the dance and cheer world.
During Princess Camp Week, our C.I.T.s step into an exciting leadership role while still enjoying the magic of camp themselves! They gain hands-on experience working alongside our instructors and counselors while helping guide younger campers through a week filled with dance, cheer, creativity, and royal fun.
C.I.T.s will assist with daily camp activities, help organize games and crafts, support dance and cheer routines, and encourage our youngest campers as they learn, grow, and shine. They will gain valuable experience working with children as young as age 2, building confidence, patience, and strong communication skills.
And of course… the magic doesn’t stop there! ✨
Throughout the week, our C.I.T.s may even have the opportunity to become a princess themselves, helping bring beloved characters to life and making little ones’ dreams come true through magical moments, photo opportunities, and special appearances.
