Take your skills to new heights with our Tricks & Lifts week-long class, designed for dancers at Levels 3 and 4! This intensive class focuses on building strength, flexibility, and technique while learning exciting tricks and partner lifts. Whether you're looking to add to your competition routine or simply improve your skills, this class is perfect for dancers ready to take on new challenges.

Throughout the week, students will work on mastering a variety of tricks. Our experienced instructors will guide you through step-by-step progressions, ensuring you develop proper form, control, and safety techniques. You'll also focus on building trust and communication with partners, an essential part of performing lifts in group choreography.

In addition to acro and partner lifts, dancers will work on strengthening their core, improving flexibility, and learning proper spotting techniques. By the end of the week, you’ll have the confidence and skills to perform advanced tricks and lifts with precision and safety.
