Whether your child is a regular tumbling/cheer student at our gym, or an athlete in an unrelated sport, this class will pay big dividends! This month-long series is designed to increase mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension in the body. Through focusing on dynamic stretching and gentle holds designed to open and relax the muscles and joints, your child will experience gains in flexibility and strength that will transfer to any athletic endeavor they're pursuing. And bonus for all of us: improving flexibility is known to help reduce sport-related injuries and promote healthy participation in athletics. That's what we want for our kids! *Note: If you're wishing YOU were a little more flexible these days, you're in luck! We also offer a Flexibility for Adults class that runs concurrently with this class! While your child is improving their athletic ability, stick around and give a little attention to your own muscles and joints as well. This is a practice we can ALL benefit from!*

Feel like your flexibility isn't what it used to be? You're not alone! This month-long series is designed to increase your mobility, range of motion, and reduce tension across your body. It doesn't matter how active you are or how old you are - everyone will feel right at home in this class. No prior experience or certain level of fitness required. We'll start where you are, with what you can comfortably do. Through focusing on dynamic stretching and gentle holds designed to open and relax your muscles and joints, you'll experience both increased flexibility and stress relief. Giving some attention to your flexibility will pay big dividends both now and into the future, so bring a friend and come join us! *Note: If you have a child athlete, we also offer a Flexibility & Acro class for them at the same time! Whatever their sport, flexibility is a skill that will improve their performance and protect their muscle/joint health.*
