Princess Ballet
Academy Princess Ballet Class consists of 1 hour of ballet per week. Princess Ballet is an introductory class that incorporates music, rhythm and some of our favorite princess songs! Students freestyle with ribbon wands, scarves, parachutes and learn to stand in line, begin to practice to chassé and skip across the floor, learn basic ballet positions and learn basic ballet center floor work. This class performs in both the Christmas Nutcracker Ballet Performance and one dance in the Spring Showcase.
Parents: Princess Ballet is our youngest class, while parents don’t enter and participate with students in class, they are welcome in the small waiting area right outside the classroom. Parents are not required to stay for class, we understand these students are young, if a parent is not there and a student needs their diaper changed or needs something else, we will call you.

This tumbling class focuses on running and standing tumbling, individualized for each athletes' abilities. Focusing on backbend kick-overs, back walk overs, back handsprings and tucks. Each student will be spotted on tricks according to their individual level.
Dress Code: Tumblers may wear anything they can move in, (t-shirt/shorts, leotard or any athletic wear). No socks. Students tumble with bare feet. Hair needs to be pulled back, out of face.

Cheerleaders perform with us in multiple summer parades, and 2 yearly performances. Cheerleaders learn a performance routine with stunts, tumbling, cheers and jumps. Cheerleaders have 1 hour of routine and 1 hour of tumbling per class. This class DOES include tumbling.

Company Teams are by AUDITION only! These teams are for dancers/cheerleaders who want more hours in the studio while competing in multiple dance/cheer competitions, performing in the Nutcracker Performance and also the Spring Showcase. Dancers will learn choreography and compete with routines in Lyrical, Contemporary, Hip- Hop, Pointe and Jazz. Cheerleaders will compete in a cheer routine. Hours depend on the team/age/level. All dance company teams take ballet & tumbling in their set team hours. Cheerleaders take tumbling in their set team hours.
Hip Hop will preform in Spring Showcase.
Dress Code: Any athletic attire or shorts/tshirt. Tennis Shoes. Hair needs to be pulled back, out of face.

Ballet Classes are for ballerinas who already understand basic concepts of ballet and will learn; they focus on Beginning/Intermediate Barre Work - Pliés with port-de-bras on standing and supporting legs – in 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th position, Tendus, Dégagés, Fondus, Petite & Grand Battement (180º) and Rond de Jambes a terre & en l'air in addition to adagio combinations.
Center floor - Adagio and Allegro combinations including; triple and quad pirouettes (en dehors and dedan) coupé turns (en dehors and dedan), chaîné, pique, balancé, grand jetés, tour jetés... combinations are higher intermediate and will reflect ballets from Tchaikovsky, Balanchine, Stravinsky, and Copland.
Students will have a Beginning/intermediate level of ballet terminology.

Tumbling (Ages 3-7)
This tumbling class focuses on running and standing tumbling, individualized for each athletes' abilities. Focusing on backbend kick-overs, back walk overs, back handsprings and tucks. Each student will be spotted on tricks according to their individual level.
Dress Code: Tumblers may wear anything they can move in, (t-shirt/shorts, leotard or any athletic wear). No socks. Students tumble with bare feet. Hair needs to be pulled back, out of face.
If adding on to Company or Academy Classes this class is only $20.

Ballet 3
Ballet Classes are for ballerinas who already understand basic concepts of ballet and will learn; they focus on Beginning/Intermediate Barre Work - Pliés with port-de-bras on standing and supporting legs – in 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th position, Tendus, Dégagés, Fondus, Petite & Grand Battement (180º) and Rond de Jambes a terre & en l'air in addition to adagio combinations.
Center floor - Adagio and Allegro combinations including; triple and quad pirouettes (en dehors and dedan) coupé turns (en dehors and dedan), chaîné, pique, balancé, grand jetés, tour jetés... combinations are higher intermediate and will reflect ballets from Tchaikovsky, Balanchine, Stravinsky, and Copland.
Students will have a Beginning/Intermediate level of ballet terminology.

These classes are grouped upon ballet technical ability and perform in both the Christmas Nutcracker Performance and one dance in the Spring Showcase. This class is solely for students who want to get their back handspring! This class will come in and stretch and then will work BHS for the remainder of the hour. This class will NOT do back bends, back walkovers, front walkovers, etc... (for those tricks join a tumbling class). This class is ideal for students wanted to get a tuck for cheer tryouts, dance tryouts or for their routines throughout the year.
