Tumbling Ages 7-18 Tue 5:00
Tumbling is fun and beneficial to many different types of sports and activities. Whether it's dance, cheer, martial arts, this class will focus on the proper progressions of tumbling skills.

Tumbling Beginners - Advanced This class is for students who are just starting their tumbling journey. We will begin with rolls, cartwheels, handstands and round-offs just to name a few skills. We will also focus on strength, body awareness, and flexibility. All of which are necessary for proper gymnastic progression.

Intermediate - Advanced Tumbling -This class will begin with all of the skills listed in the description, but we will quickly advance to more complex skills. The tumbling progressions we teach will build on each other. Every tumbler must start with a solid foundation in order to progress! Our coaching staff will ensure that each individual is challenged. Skills will include back handsprings, round-off back handspring, back tuck, layout and twisting.

For those who want to put in the extra time to progress faster, our Add-On Conditioning class is available as an additional session dedicated solely to strength and flexibility training. This is for TEAM STUDENTS ONLY that are already enrolled in a TEAM class.
Our in-house certified personal trainer, Coach Kayla, will challenge athletes of all ages to reach their goals and take their skills to the next level in this broad-based, innovative strength, flexibility, and mobility program. Coach Kayla is a former USAG TOPs National B Team Member, and State, Regional & National Runner-up. Kayla is a certified Personal Trainer, specializing in Physical Therapy and Mobility Classes. This class focuses on proper form and technique as key methods for sport improvement and injury prevention, making it a great way to kick-start athletic development and improve physical abilities for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Cost is $25 to add on this class (instead of the normal $67 per month fee).

Travel Team Information – 2025–2026 Season Ages 7–18 (Levels 3–7) – Practices 2x per week Team Levels: Gold, Platinum, Diamond (All Teams Are Invitation Only)
All Travel Team gymnasts will: Learn Compulsory routines for all four events
Have the option to purchase individual choreography with their own music (additional fee; scheduled directly with Team Choreographer Kayla Williamson)
Participate in in-house mock meets. Have the opportunity to sign up for travel meets (dates and fees TBA; last season’s average was $65 per meet)
Routines will follow high school rules as closely as possible, with some allowed modifications.
Gold Team gymnasts should have a back handspring on trampoline track (or be very close); however, placement may also be based on instructor recommendation and potential. Platinum and Diamond Teams build upon that foundation with increased difficulty and expectations.

Travel Team Fees & Uniform Info
Annual Coaches Fee: $145 per gymnast (due at registration; helps cover coach travel expenses)
Long Sleeve Leotard: $89 + tax Required for travel meets; same design is used for 2–3 years
If you already own one or are unsure about attending travel meets (common for new Gold Team members), use promo code No Long Sleeve Leo at checkout to waive the charge. Note: Leotards can take 1–3 months to arrive, so order early
