During this two-hour camp, tumblers will focus on drills and skill progressions for round-offs, walkovers, handsprings, and other higher-level tumbling movements. Athletes will work through strength and conditioning, technique stations, and line tumbling designed to help improve power, body control, and consistency.

Whether your child is brand new or has had a little experience, this camp focuses on building confidence while learning the basic shapes and movements that make tumbling strong and safe.

Wednesday Wigglers - Open Play 6 & under
Come wiggle, play, and explore with us! Wednesday Wigglers is a relaxed open play time designed for our littlest movers to enjoy the studio at their own pace. For two hours, children can run, climb, tumble, and explore the mats and equipment while burning energy and building confidence through active play.
This is unstructured playtime, giving kids the freedom to move, imagine, and socialize in a safe and welcoming space.
Children must be 6 years old or younger, and one adult must remain present to supervise their child during open play.
Feel free to pack a snack and water if your little one may need a break during play.
Cost: $10 per child
A perfect midweek outing for your little mover!

Athletes will work through strength and conditioning, technique stations, and line tumbling designed to help improve power, body control, and consistency.
