🌸 Pre-Ballet (Ages 3–6)

Introduce your little one to the joy of movement in a nurturing, Christ-centered environment. This foundational class gently teaches ballet basics—like posture, coordination, and musicality—through imaginative play, age-appropriate technique, and uplifting music. Children will grow in confidence, grace, and discipline while learning to express themselves with joy and purpose.

Each class begins with prayer and ends with a short devotional, helping dancers connect their movement to God’s love and creativity. No prior dance experience needed—just a willing heart and a pair of ballet slippers!

đź©° Focus Areas:

• Basic ballet positions and terminology
• Creative movement and rhythm games
• Classroom etiquette and listening skills
• Faith-based encouragement and scripture themes

Lyrical 2
lyrical class this fall, will combine ballet and jazz techniques while emphasizing the storytelling quality of music. We’ll build on the skills the girls have developed in ballet, introducing elements of jazz to enhance their expression.
Additionally, we’ll incorporate aspects of acrobatics and modern dance. Most importantly, the class will focus on the art of expression through dance, creating an atmosphere of worship. I’m hopeful that this lyrical experience will help the girls discover which of the four major genres—ballet, jazz, contemporary/modern, and acrobatics—ignites their passion the most.

Ballet 3/pre-pointe
Age 9+ A ballet 3 pre-pointe class involves intermediate students building upon fundamental techniques. focusing on complex combinations, refined posture and increased strength, flexibility, and endurance. It prepares serious ballet students for pointe work by building essential strength, alignment, and technique in the feet, ankles, and core. Dancers take this class in ballet slippers while doing floor exercises, barre work, and conditioning to develop the necessary muscles, coordination, and understanding of foot mechanics required to safely transition into pointe shoes. It serves as a vital bridge between ballet technique and pointe, ensuring dancers have a strong foundation before attempting pointe shoes.

Acro 2
Acrobatics dancers will learn the basics of tumbling, floor gymnastics elements and dance. Acro dance is a style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, its unique choreography, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context. We offer Acro classes from beginner to advanced levels for ages 6 & up. Acro dancers will perform in the year-end recital.
