Our Recreational Jazz/Lyrical class is designed for dancers who want to have fun while building strong dance fundamentals. Combining upbeat jazz technique with the fluidity and emotion of lyrical movement, dancers will work on coordination, flexibility, and performance skills through engaging warm-ups and choreography. No pressure—just movement, music, and enjoyment!

Together We Move
Together We Move-

Together We Move is an inclusive, heart-centered dance class at Project 520 Dance Studio created for dancers who might need a little more assistance within a dance class. This class focuses on movement, music, and joy in a supportive and encouraging environment where every dancer is celebrated exactly as they are.

Dancers will explore basic dance skills through creative movement, rhythm, and imaginative play while building confidence, coordination, and self-expression. Each class is thoughtfully structured with flexibility, allowing dancers to move at their own pace while feeling safe, supported, and successful.

Our goal is connection. connection to music, to movement, and to one another. Together We Move fosters friendships, confidence, and a sense of belonging, reminding every dancer that they are capable, valued, and an important part of our Project 520 family.

No prior dance experience is required. Just come ready to move, smile, and dance together. šŸ¤

Designed for dancers of all levels, our Acro Dance class focuses on developing flexibility, strength, and safe acrobatic technique while incorporating dance elements. Students will learn foundational acro skills and how to smoothly connect them with dance choreography, all while building confidence in a positive, encouraging class setting.

This ballet class introduces students to the fundamentals of classical ballet in a supportive and structured environment. Dancers will develop proper posture, balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength through barre work, center exercises, and across-the-floor combinations. Emphasis is placed on musicality, technique, and graceful movement, while encouraging focus, discipline, and confidence. The class is suitable for beginners as well as dancers looking to refine their foundational skills.

Flexibility
This flexibility class focuses on safely increasing range of motion, strength, and control through guided stretching and conditioning. Dancers will work on active and passive flexibility to support proper technique and injury prevention. Class exercises target the legs, hips, back, and core, with emphasis on alignment and muscle engagement. Skills such as leg holds, scorpions, teardrops, baskets, and other flexibility-based positions are introduced and developed at an appropriate pace. This class helps dancers improve extension, balance, and overall performance quality while building body awareness and confidence.
