Level 2 acro students will learn and develop strength in foundational skills, working on progressions towards walkovers, round offs, variations of cartwheels and progressing balancing skills with elbow stands, handstands, forearm stands and more.
Students will be required to have a strong unassisted cartwheel, handstand and bridge.

Acro level 3 students will be building their skill set, focusing on strength for tumbling and balancing, flexibility and confidence. Students will learn aerials, variations of walkovers, chest stands, forearm stands, back handsprings and more. Students will be supported with progressions to ensure safety and allow students to build their confidence in new skills.
Students must have a strong walkover, bridge, and fast cartwheel.

Students will learn and develop advanced balancing and limbering skills, including rolling tinsicas, valdez variations, scorpions, and more.
Students must have a strong aerial, back handspring, and good flexibility.
