Learning Jazz as a style of dance is a great way to get a well rounded variety of all dance steps.

Our Mommy & Me class is open to any Grandparent, Mom, Dad, Aunt, Uncle, Guardian, etc. to take with their dancer.
This class is for children who might not be ready to take a classes on their own, and/or for guardians looking to experience something new with their little one. It involves dance, obstacle courses and different movement inspiring activities.
This class is a great way to get your dancers foot in the door and prepare them for the next step in independently taking classes here at K&B.

Join us for our Dance Team Pom Clinic! Dancers will learn pom technique, sharp motions, and fun, high-energy combinations while building confidence and performance skills. Great for anyone interested in dance team!
What to Wear/Bring:
Comfortable clothing (athletic wear or lounge wear)

Hair should be up and/or pulled out of your dancer's face
Clean (indoor shoes) tennis shoes, jazz shoes, or barefoot

Summer Leaps & Turns Clinic
Our Leaps & Turns class focuses on building strong technical foundations to improve overall performance quality. Dancers will work on proper technique, strength, control, and flexibility while developing leaps, jumps, and turns. This class is perfect for dancers looking to clean up their technique, gain consistency, and strengthen skills that carry over into all styles of dance.
Recommended for:
Competition dancers or those looking to improve their technique and performance quality at a higher level.
Prerequisite Skills:
Dancers should have a basic understanding of turns and jumps, including single pirouettes, basic leaps (such as saut de chat and grand jeté), and general knowledge of dance terminology and technique.
What to Wear/Bring:
Comfortable clothing (athletic wear or lounge wear)
Water bottle
Hair should be up and/or pulled out of your dancer's face
Shoes: Half soles or Jazz Shoes - bring socks or go barefoot if you do not own a pair of dance shoes

Our Summer Beginners Yoga class is the perfect introduction to yoga for all experience levels, no dance background needed! This class focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness through simple, guided movements and stretching. Participants will also learn basic breathing techniques and relaxation skills to support overall wellness.
This class is great for improving flexibility, reducing stress, and supporting recovery and injury prevention—all in a calm, welcoming, and encouraging environment.
No experience necessary, everyone is welcome ages 6+!

Our Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling class is designed for dancers with prior tumbling experience who are ready to progress their skills. Dancers will focus on strength, flexibility, and proper technique while working on more advanced skills such as back walkovers, front walkovers, front & back handsprings, and aerial progressions. Emphasis is placed on control, consistency, and skill progression in a challenging but encouraging environment.
Prerequisite Skills (required):
Dancers must be able to confidently perform a cartwheel, forward and backward rolls, and a backbend.
What to Wear/Bring:
Comfortable clothing (athletic wear or lounge wear)
Water bottle
Hair should be up and/or pulled out of your dancer's face
