Hip Hop V
Hip Hop Level V is the highest level of hip hop training within our program, designed for dancers who demonstrate advanced technical ability, performance maturity, and a passion for pushing their artistic and athletic potential. This class challenges dancers with fast-paced choreography, advanced musicality, and diverse movement styles while emphasizing confidence, precision, and authentic performance.

Dancers will train in advanced footwork, intricate rhythmic patterns, body isolations, grooves, musical interpretation, freestyle concepts, directional changes, textures, dynamics, and performance techniques inspired by a variety of commercial and street-style hip hop genres. Class focuses on developing clean execution, versatility, stamina, synchronization, and the ability to quickly learn and perform complex choreography with confidence and consistency.

In addition to technical excellence, Hip Hop Level V encourages dancers to cultivate their own unique style, creativity, and stage presence while strengthening leadership, professionalism, and teamwork. This class prepares dancers for high-level performances, advanced choreography, and future opportunities by combining technical mastery with expressive, dynamic, and engaging performance quality.

Contemporary IV
Contemporary Level IV is an advanced class designed for dancers who are ready to elevate both their technical ability and artistic expression. Building upon a strong foundation in ballet, jazz, and modern dance, this class challenges dancers to move with greater intention, versatility, and emotional depth while refining advanced contemporary technique.

Dancers will focus on advanced floor work, inversions, extensions, turns, leaps, weight shifts, off-center movement, dynamic changes in movement quality, intricate transitions, improvisation, and complex choreography. Class emphasizes strength, flexibility, control, musicality, and the seamless integration of technique with expressive storytelling.

Beyond technical training, dancers are encouraged to develop their individual artistry, creativity, and stage presence while exploring a wide range of movement styles and performance dynamics. Contemporary Level IV prepares dancers for advanced choreography and performance opportunities by fostering confidence, versatility, and a mature understanding of movement as both an athletic and artistic form of expression.

This class challenges dancers to push beyond technical execution by developing versatility, authenticity, and a deeper connection between movement, music, and storytelling.

Training includes advanced floor work, inversions, intricate partnering concepts, expansive extensions, complex turns and leaps, dynamic changes in movement quality, improvisation, advanced choreography, and sophisticated movement phrasing. Dancers will refine their ability to seamlessly transition between grounded and expansive movement while building strength, flexibility, endurance, and exceptional body control.

A strong emphasis is placed on artistry, emotional expression, musical interpretation, and performance presence, encouraging dancers to develop their own unique movement style while maintaining technical excellence. Contemporary Level V prepares dancers for high-level performances, collegiate and pre-professional opportunities, and continued growth as confident, expressive, and versatile artists.

Hoops I
Aerial Hoop Level I is an exciting introduction to the art of aerial hoop, designed for beginner students who are ready to explore movement in the air while building strength, confidence, and body awareness. In a safe and supportive environment, dancers will learn the fundamentals of aerial technique through progressive skill development and proper instruction.

Students will focus on foundational skills including proper grips, mounts, dismounts, seated poses, balance, conditioning, flexibility, introductory transitions, and beginner aerial combinations. Class emphasizes upper body and core strength, coordination, control, and safe technique while helping students become comfortable moving on and around the hoop.

Throughout the year, dancers will develop confidence, artistry, and performance quality as they learn to combine aerial skills with graceful movement and creative expression. Aerial Hoop Level I provides the essential technical foundation needed for continued progression while fostering a love for this unique and inspiring performance art.

Aerial Hoop Level II is designed for students who have mastered the foundational skills of aerial hoop and are ready to progress to more challenging techniques, transitions, and combinations. This class builds upon the fundamentals while continuing to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence in a safe and supportive training environment.

Students will focus on intermediate aerial skills including advanced mounts and dismounts, hangs, balances, dynamic transitions, inverted positions, flexibility elements, spinning techniques, and longer aerial sequences. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, body awareness, grip strength, core stability, endurance, and the smooth execution of skills while maintaining control and safety.

In addition to technical development, dancers will continue refining their artistry, musicality, and performance quality by learning to connect movements seamlessly and perform with confidence and expression. Aerial Hoop Level II prepares students for more advanced aerial training by encouraging precision, creativity, and a strong commitment to safe skill progression.

Strength and Flex
Strength & Flex is a fun, engaging conditioning class designed specifically for younger dancers to help build the physical foundation needed for success in all styles of dance. Through age-appropriate exercises and activities, students will develop strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and body awareness in a positive and encouraging environment.

Dancers will participate in a variety of stretching routines, core strengthening, balance exercises, coordination drills, and conditioning activities that promote proper body alignment, injury prevention, and overall physical development. Class also focuses on improving posture, endurance, stability, and control while encouraging healthy movement habits and confidence.

Strength & Flex complements any dance class by helping students develop the strength and flexibility needed to improve technique, enhance performance, and safely progress toward future dance skills. This class provides a strong physical foundation while making fitness and conditioning enjoyable for young dancers.

Skills and Drills
Skills & Drills is a technique-focused tumbling class designed to help students strengthen, refine, and advance their acrobatic skills through targeted instruction and repetitive skill development. This class emphasizes proper technique, conditioning, and safe progressions, allowing students to build confidence while working toward individual tumbling goals.

Students will participate in focused drills, strength and flexibility training, balance exercises, and skill-specific progressions tailored to their current ability level. Class may include work on rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, walkovers, limbers, handsprings, aerial progressions, tumbling connections, and other advanced skills as students demonstrate readiness. Emphasis is placed on proper body mechanics, consistency, power, control, and injury prevention throughout every stage of training.

Skills & Drills is ideal for dancers and tumblers looking to improve their technique, increase strength and flexibility, and accelerate skill development through focused repetition and individualized coaching. Whether refining existing skills or working toward new achievements, students will build the confidence, discipline, and technical foundation needed for continued success in acrobatics and tumbling.
