Specific to pre-school aged/first time tumblers. Must be 4 years old by October 2023. In these classes we teach the most basic tumbling skills such as backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and back bends, while also focusing on listening and participating. This class will be a month to month commitment but will be offered all season long.

This is our 30 minute bonus class is for students who want to work on advancing their strength, power, and flexibility. We highly recommend this class to all intermediate-advanced tumblers, but it is open for anyone who is interested! We will do a full body weight work out to strengthen muscles that will make each student a more controlled and powerful tumbler.

Students will work on flexibility, strength, tumbling and acro skills used to be performed in their dance teams.
